RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to obtain ACT 33/34/73 clearances upon hire.
- Master’s Degree, in Human Services, and one year of practical experience in a behavioral health setting or a Bachelor’s Degree and five years of practical experience in a behavioral health setting
- Demonstrates knowledge of MH Disorders and accompanying behaviors/symptoms.
- Complete Reportable Incidents according to State Regulations, County Guidelines and Organization Policy and Procedure.
- Provides direct service.
- Recognize potential crisis and respond to, or intervene in crisis situations within the guidelines of Organizational Policy and Procedure using approved crisis prevention techniques.
- Maintain a leadership role during shifts being the “go to” person during that shift.
- Participate in Crisis Center On-Call rotation with other leads and supervisors.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the Unit)

ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Team Lead to be the “go to” for the daily unit operations of our CRC team during weekday evenings. Your main responsibility will be to the people we serve, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and that benchmarks for performance are met in an efficient and effective manner. As such, you’ll be leading a team of staff to success through a high level of communication – and strong relationship building with both internal and external providers and resources.
The Team Lead provides direct service to seriously and persistently mentally ill adults who have a co-occurring drug or alcohol diagnosis. Service provision consists of teaching all appropriate living/social skills to enhance the consumer’s level of independent or helping the consumers maintain his/her skill level to possibly move to a less restrictive site. The Team Lead will maintain daily documentation according to established PMHS policy and procedure and regulatory requirements. We’re looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, and who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.81 - $22.75 per hour
