Come join our growing team at Burlington as a Project Analyst (Field Service)! This position will sit remotely, and preference is an individual in MT or PT.

This position serves as a liaison between the IT organization and the business community in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs, as well as serving as the local point of contact for third party vendors while managing incident escalation. You should have a firm understanding and working knowledge of field service and store development duties within a retail environment. You must be able to work well with management teams and possess an ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical staff to resolve and drive issues.

The position will review technical drawings, create action plans, manage and coordinate store development projects including new stores, remodels, relocations, refreshes, special projects, store closings and telecom support activates and is responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts. This position is dedicated to driving to completion all store development projects while coordinating communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed. You will create and manage escalation procedures and ensures service levels are maintained.

Education and Qualifications: (List all required knowledge, skills and abilities for this position)

• High School diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or appropriate related field experience preferred

Experience:

• 5-7 years’ work experience in related retail environment.
• Project Management
• Retail technology

Skills and Abilities:

• Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; mature, and articulate.
• Proven ability to lead processes, identify and implement process improvements
• Strong MS Office and Linux based skills
• Administrative capabilities (scheduling, coordinating calendars, event management)
• Customer-service orientation
• Ability to independently manage many changing tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to expand skill set and take on increasing responsibility
