The Project and Traffic Manager to ensure all the moving parts flow efficiently as we navigate this exciting time and beyond! For this exciting new role, we are looking for a multitasker, a strong project manager who is extremely attentive to detail and highly organized and will keep our projects prioritized and moving forward. In this role, you’ll control the project management system, prioritization, and timelines of all marketing, communication, and creative projects. Assists with other marketing duties as required.

Effectively applies project management methodology in planning and development of project strategy. Responsible for managing vendors, and contracts as required for marketing projects. Works closely with all members of the marketing team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. Responsible for managing designated timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Help build out this first-of-its-kind function
  • Develop, drive, and improve workflow while establishing best practices to drive productivity while improving the quality of the creative output.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of marketing, communications, and creative projects move optimally and efficiently through scoping, production, and approvals
  • Help ensure that we are staying in line with our marketing budget and timelines across various projects
  • Own and run our project management tools, currently FunctionPoint and Widen
  • Develop and execute project plans for short-term and long-term projects while staying keen on deadlines or goals that need to be met
  • Assign, monitor, and manage workflow and timelines for marketing, communications, and creative projects from start to finish
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment across all marketing teams.
  • Manages and sets expectations for project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversees the day-to-day aspects of assigned marketing projects with regards to scope, schedules, progress, budget and resources.
  • Assists with other marketing duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of marketing and/or project management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Experience working with project management tools (Function Point and/or Widen are ideal, but not required as long as you love picking up new tools!)
  • Experience supporting project budget management with a track record of staying within budget parameters
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute projects specifically for marketing teams
  • Impeccable organization skills: you’re all about paying close attention to the small details because you know they add up!
  • A high sense of urgency and organization while managing multiple projects; you thrive in just a bit of chaos and the idea of building something excites you
  • You can work autonomously and independently, but are also a strong collaborator and communicator - you’re more interested in getting things right than being right
  • Experience implementing and launching a new project management tool
