Project Coordinator
Job description
The Telehealth Project Coordinator will:
-
Coordination of telehealth activities for both the Enoch Pratt Free Library and Health Dept. sites. -
Develops processes, policies, and intake procedures for telehealth in collaboration with partners.

Operates and has primary oversight of technology used to provide service, including the operation of privacy booths.

Provides training and support for staff on the use of technology, scheduling software and other equipment for the telehealth service.

Maintain communication with Pratt’s IT Department and Help desk to facilitate solutions for technical issues.

Works with partners to support data collection requirements.

Assists with daily telehealth coordination for Pratt with the MD Health Dept. and University of Maryland Medical System.

Helps set objectives and goals and in support of the library’s digital and wellness initiatives.

In partnership with UMMS and Health Dept. explores wellness and health programming.

Maintains current knowledge of trends and issues in digital literacy and related topics.

Develop and maintain effective, transparent communication with stakeholders and partners throughout the project.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Three years of in-person customer service experience or a combination of other appropriate experience and knowledge.

Minimum two years of leadership experience.

Experience providing excellent customer service to a broad range of customers in an urban environment. -
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels.

Strong communication skills - oral, written, and interpersonal.

Flexible, energetic, and collaborative nature.

Thorough knowledge and skills with operating contemporary computer equipment, hardware, and software, including working in an online and cloud environment. Ability and willingness to learn about and use new and specialized technology and software.

Ability to assess, organize, and resolve training needs.

Ability to explain complex technical procedures to staff and public with patience, thoroughness, and support.

Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

Ability to organize, manage and motivate others.

Experience with public speaking.

Position of Trust
