Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member with previous Project Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service experience to join our grant team to support Employee Wellness, Healthcare Quality Initiatives, and COVID-19 outbreak responses in Northwest Pennsylvania.

Job Duties may include:

  • Coordinates outreach and follow up to Skilled Nursing Homes and Personal Care Homes in the assigned geographical area to promote Wellness and Quality initiatives
  • Perform project coordination and guidance to multiple facilities as assigned
  • Work closely with assigned Long Term Care facilities’ Administration or Leadership on selection, implementation and follow up of Quality Improvement projects as well as final project goals
  • Connect with assigned facilities via phone, email, zoom meeting and in-person visits
  • Connect and follow up with non-participating facilities to promote available programs and resources
  • Support wellness, quality and emergency response preparation programs
  • Assist with emergency preparedness sustainability through collaboration, resource allocation, and supply acquisition
  • Support our Infection Prevention team by assisting to complete facility assessments of infection prevention and control practices
  • Communicate and coordinate facility needs to other teams and deploy additional support as needed to provide best resources to Long Term Care facilities within our region
  • Stay up to date on long term care guidance provided by but not limited to the CDC and Department of Health
  • Participate on weekly status calls, internal meetings, zoom office hours and any other meetings as assigned
  • Assist with other duties or projects as assigned

Although a large portion of this position can be completed from our offices in Erie, some travel to facilities within the 13 Northwest Pennsylvania counties will be required.

· Candidates must have their own transportation and a clean driving record.

· Previous Sales, Marketing or Customer Service experience strongly desired;

· Previous project management, scheduling or logistics experience a plus;

· Previous Healthcare experience a plus but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
