Alltek Energy Systems Inc. is a full scope HVAC & Plumbing contractor performing commercial work in the Capital District area of Albany NY, and surrounding counties for nearly 40 years. We have completed many projects over the years from small fit ups, to multimillion-dollar HVAC & Plumbing contracts on the construction of new buildings and large renovations.

Alltek Energy Systems is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The preferred candidate has a high level of knowledge in all areas of the mechanical field including air side design, install and fabrication. Understanding of refrigerant systems, and building automation systems. Experience managing installation, overseeing subcontractors, meeting project deadlines, budgets and building relationships with our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proficient in reading and interpreting blue prints

Knowledge of Sage/Timberline, Excel and Procore

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Organized and well spoken

Project manager with 4+ years’ experience

Responsibilities

Understanding of mechanical system designs and diagrams

Understanding of RFI's, Change orders and contracts.
