Job description
This is a new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to establish and oversee the initiation, planning, management and delivery of Nyobolt projects. You will work closely with the Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, being responsible for both internal and external (customer facing) projects.
This is an end to end role where you will collaborate with all appropriate Nyobolt departments and third parties (customers, external project partners, suppliers) to assist in the scope definition of the projects, create project plans (including timing, resource requirements and budgets) and manage individual projects from kick-off to completion, together with the project technical leads.
We’d expect you to maintain and grow the external relationships with project stakeholders, in order to enhance the customer experience and Nyobolt reputation for excellence in project delivery.
To excel in this position we’d like to see solid prior project management experience in customer facing roles. You’ll have familiarity and competency with phase-gate management processes (Life Cycle Management), 8D problem solving and other project management tools.
Experience of working with Government funded projects is desirable, but not essential.
The role will be based in our Bedford, MA office.
