PROJECT MANAGER

The Company STC is a defense contractor that designs and builds aftermarket products for the US
Government and leading aerospace/defense firms. We are an entrepreneurial organization

STC is part of AMS Group, a cohesive group of companies focused on military aftermarket
and logistics support, for both US and international defense and security customers.

Position The Project Manager oversees production and supply chain activities for a range of
Description aerospace/defense products. Key responsibilities include:
• Determine project schedule, budget, build plan and supplier selection

• Execute multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with teams in Sales, Finance,

Production, Engineering and Quality to ensure targets are met

• Communicate with customers, and provide updates on project status

• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
  

Requirements • Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable role as Project
Manager - preferably in aerospace/defense, aviation, manufacturing or a related field

• Bachelor of Science with strong academic performance in Electrical Engineering,

Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering/Operations Research or another
engineering field

• Candidates should be strongly proactive, problem-solvers, analytical and have

excellent communication skills (oral and written). Proficiency in Project
Management Software (MSP, Asana), as well as Excel.

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
