ASRC Federal is seeking a Project Manager / SME with a Healthcare Capabilities and Process Improvement background to facilitate and coordinate recommended solutions to mitigate and identify healthcare process capability gaps and facilitates technical guidance, identification of performance measures, establish work plan and strategy for acquisition of capability in coordination with functional SMEs for the requirement validation and resourcing background. A SECRET clearance or ability to obtain such clearance is required. Join our team that supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Falls Church, VA. • Facilitates and coordinates recommended solutions to mitigate and identify healthcare process capability gaps and facilitates technical guidance, identification of performance measures, establish work plan and strategy for acquisition of capability in coordination with functional SMEs for the requirement validation and resourcing.
• Interface with customers at all levels and provide scheduled and ad hoc status/reports
• Lead team to ensure all tasks are assigned; track tasks to completion; conduct Quality reviews on team outputs to ensure producing high quality products, following standard templates and in compliance the J-8/Gatekeeper guidance.
• Lead effort to work with stakeholders to develop a centralized capability requirement management process by defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing a centralized process to capture, validate, prioritize, and manage capability requirements that will reduce or eliminate current capability gaps and prevent future potential capability gaps
• Lead effort to coordinate end-to-end Requirements Management (RM); to standardize identification of capability needs/gaps and generation of cross-organizational, unified requirements; improve traceability and visibility into requests and requirements; cost savings and avoidance; and improve overall organization efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the activities to develop a DHA Capability requirements Management Concept of Operations (CONOPs)
• Facilitate, coordinate, and support multiple working groups (WGs) and integrated product teams (IPTs), committees, and meetings

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of related work experience leading activities related to management of submission portals; business architectural services, and development of Capability Management Process for a large federal health system/organization (such as DHA, VA, CMS, NIH, and HHS).
• Project Management experience is required.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills and responsiveness required
• 3+ years of experience managing project for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is preferred
• JCIDS experience is a plus
• US Citizenship and SECRET clearance (or ability to obtain a Secret) is required.
