Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced leader with a history of progression in the project management profession. This Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing various types of contracts for construction, ranging from $1-20 million or greater. The primary responsibility is to deliver projects safely, on time and on schedule to our customers throughout New England. This entails leading a mix of direct hire, inter-company divisions and sub-contracted teams.

• B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Extensive (10+ years) experience of construction, finance, and management.
• Background and demonstrated proficiency in project controls.
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
• Working knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical building practices and concepts.
• Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.), project management software (Procore), corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential.
• Confidence in directing and coordinating staff, sub-contractors, engineers and consultants.
• Exceptional organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
