Kasdorf Property Management, a mid-sized but growing management company, is seeking a Property Manager to add to our team.

Job Summary: Manage a group of properties from Application to Move-outs.

Principal Duties:

• Review applications and approve or deny according to rental requirements.
• Initiate leases with new tenants and renewals with current tenants.
• Work with contractors and owners in repairs and renovations of units
• Overseeing the marketing of vacant units
• Supervise the move-in and move-out process
• Handling tenant communication / answering tenant questions

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal & business communication skills
• Ability to be self-motivated
• High level of organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

The position is 40 hours per week. Hours are somewhat flexible but need to be available M-F during the day. Start date is immediate. We will train the right candidate that is detail oriented and organized without experience.
