Job Summary
Responsible to manage the comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic patient care under the direction of a physician's prescription. This includes patient assessment, formulation and implementation of a treatment plan, as well as follow-up and practice management. The orthosis/prosthesis is designed to restore physiological function and/or cosmesis.
Qualifications
Completed the schooling necessary to become certified as a Certified Orthotic/Prosthetic Practitioner. - certification not needed at the time of hire.
