DLP Staffing is currently accepting applications for the position of:
Position Title: OFFICE/PARTS CLERK
Location: DEL RIO, TX

Pay: $10.00 PER HOUR

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department.
- Ability to utilize an internal computer program to issue, return, and, process parts/tooling from stock.
- Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves.
- Organize bins, add new parts and record the location.
- Conduct continual bin audits.
- Maintain special order bins.
- Assist all customers promptly and professionally including retail and service.
- All other duties as required.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
- Receives supervision from the Manager.
- The position has no formal assigned supervisory responsibility or authority.
- Must complete jobs without constant supervision.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor and/or outdoor environment.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING:
- This position is subject to the DLP Staffing LLC, Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of parts room and accounting experience preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for task completion and follow-up
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to communicate with customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner
- Routinely demonstrates and creates a cooperative and positive work culture
- Previous logistics and asset management experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check
