Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – “Pop Up” Location

Job Summary:

As a Seasonal Sales Associate assist the leadership team with achieving sales, organization, guest engagement, and profitability goals within a Yankee Candle “Pop Up” store (Inline or Kiosk). This position is assigned on a seasonal basis.

Details:

As a Seasonal Sales Associate provide exceptional guest service in a timely and courteous manner within assigned “Pop Up” store location (Inline or Kiosk). Greet guests in a pleasant and friendly manner. Maintain knowledge of product, merchandise, store and company information in order to provide high quality and informed customer assistance. Offer assistance with merchandise selections, suggesting complimentary items, colors, candle types, scents, accessories, etc. to meet guest’s apparent needs. Refer guest to sales staff for personalized assistance as appropriate. Provide a fun and interactive shopping experience.

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

· Strong customer service skills and the ability to sell products is required.

· Demonstrated ability to relate well using communication, interpersonal, diplomacy and related skills required.

Hours:

Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as operational need may require.
