What is the job?

The Purchasing Administrator for Footjoy Footwear is responsible for the timely planning, procurement, and delivery of finished goods.

• Enter and maintain US and International footwear purchase orders within ERP and/or Excel. Maintenance includes price updates, freight method changes, ship/arrival date changes, quantity changes and cancellations. Verify M3 updates are consistent with TPM interface. Communicate TPM changes to Taiwan office for confirmation.
• Manage item set up and maintenance between PLM and M3 for all markets.
• Analyze inventory position and recommend corrective actions for expediting requirements, communicate availability issues, and present obsolete/slow-moving inventory to Manager for disposition.
• Support departmental operations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
• Previous experience in supply chain and procurement in an office setting
• Excellent organizational / multitasking skills
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP practices is required
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Read, write and speak English
• Successfully pass a background check & drug test including THC
• Strong work ethic & be a team player
