We are looking for Purchasing and Logistics representative to join our family! The person in this role, will assist with physical and clerical work involving the expediting and tracking of all new purchasing materials and services. In order to support department responsibilities, they will be encouraged to work select events. Our ideal candidate will exhibit excellent customer service for external and internal partners while using their skills to handle multiple priorities. Does this sound like a fit for you? Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily shipping and receiving duties.
• Responsible for expediting all open Procurement activities.
• Assist Sr Purchasing & Logistics coordinator with maintaining the dock area.
• Help with the maintenance of all staff break rooms.
• Assist vendors/suppliers with point of contacts and general information.
• Assist internal and external customers as required.
• Maintain all purchasing files in a central location.
• Assist in inventory control and quality assurance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, procurement/logistics experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint)
• Have excellent written, verbal and digital literacy
• Be dependable and diligent with their task(s)
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
• The ability to Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50lbs
