Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Type: Full-time; Consultant-to-Permanent

Location: Berkeley, CA (Onsite)

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:

• Performs a final work order review and files all documents in GMP Documentation room file cabinets.
• Manage all document requests for audits - we receive many requests from external and internal audits to provide copies of work orders.
• Manage document requests for DR investigations and CAPA reports.
• Perform PRT (Process Resource Tool) entries in SAP, made in all maintenance orders prior to closure to document the serial number and expiry date of the calibration standard used.

• Business Complete all maintenance orders in SAP to ensure correct cost allocations of maintenance activities
• Fast learner, organized, excellent writing & negotiation skills.
• General knowledge of the Pharma industry.
• Ability to partner and collaborate cross-functionally.
• SAP proficient Preferences
• Familiarity with our company policies and procedures, specifically engineering/maintenance governance.

Educational Requirements:

• Associates Degree Skill & Competency Requirements
