We are seeking a talented R&D Engineer to redesign existing hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders to reduce weight and cost to support customer requirements and industry standards. The R&D Engineer will also collaborate with management, engineering, and sales to design and develop new cylinders and actuators to support current and new customer demands.

Ideal candidates have strong computer and mathematical skills and the ability to work with multiple software programs.

Responsibilities:

• Redesign existing cylinders to reduce weight & cost
• Design & develop new cylinders and actuators
• Collaborate with management, engineering and sales departments
• Support current and prospective customer needs

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree or higher.
• 3+ years experience as R&D Engineer in Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
