Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
The general purpose of a Real Estate Processor is to review and process Real Estate investments assigned by the Real Estate Supervisor. As the Real Estate Processor, the ideal candidate will be tasked with working closely with title companies and attorneys to ensure the investment paperwork is in good order and funds are released in time for closing. A Real Estate Processor will possess an understanding of real estate contracts, settlement statements, and other closing documents related to purchases and sales of real estate. The Real Estate Processor will also be the bridge of communication between the Real Estate Department and adjacent departments such as Transfers, Sales, Post Closing, etc. In addition, the Real Estate Processor will also process files in Salesforce and answer client calls regarding new or existing real estate investments held within their IRA account.
- Review and interpret investment documentation such as real estate contracts, settlement statements, warranty deeds, etc.
- Work closely and communicate with 3rd parties such as title companies, real estate agents, attorneys, and lenders.
- Examine closing documents and finalize the real estate transaction
- Client correspondence including phone calls, e-mails, and in-house consultations
- Manage internal relationships with corresponding departments and colleagues
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Entry of data into Salesforce for the internal processing of investments
- Manage pending investment portfolios
- Execute and comply with all Quest confidentially agreements and Quest policies for handling client data and information
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Education & Experience
- Some College/Associate’s Degree required
- A minimum of 1 year of directly job-related experience recommended
Skills & Qualifications
- Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
- Vast Real Estate experience
- Previous experience with mortgages, investments, loans, and titles
- Previous knowledge and experience of AR, AP, and Transfers departments
- Previous IRA experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quest Management Training
- Real Estate certification/license
- Salesforce knowledge
- CISP certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Type minimum 55-60 WPM
- Typing Test
