WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US
Delivery of the most practical and actionable Real Estate techniques that are proven to work by those before you.
Our initial training is sequenced and designed for newly Licensed Agents and those new to sales, to keep them focused on income-producing activities and the fundamental habits that create success in our industry. You will receive a high level of access to support, from our dedicated Leadership Team, Managers, Brokers, Coaches, and
Administrators. We know you'll need help and have questions, and that's what we're structured to provide. When you succeed, we all succeed.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Maintain an active Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Arizona, or be willing to complete licensing courses and other requirements at your own cost in order to obtain your License. Once affiliated with us, be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed to guide your initial months in Real Estate. This program will push you outside of your comfort zone and will require hard work and persistence. Be a team player.
We share everything that we know about business and Real Estate with our Agents. Show up, be attentive, ask questions, and execute the plan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prospecting and generating leads for your business by building personal relationships through in-person meetings, phone calls, online leads, open houses, and more.
Consulting people on their short and long-term financial goals as they pertain to Real Estate ownership and providing them the guidance and resources they need to achieve their desired outcome.
Negotiating contracts while educating and advising your clients - both buyers and sellers, as you lead them through the Real Estate sales transaction to closing.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Have an active Real Estate License or be enrolled in Real Estate Licensing School
A great communicator who enjoys working with people on a daily basis
Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for learning new skills and growing a sales business
Optimistic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
COMPENSATION
Real Estate Agents are independent contractors, which means your income potential is unlimited. Generally, full-time
Real Estate Agents at Keller Williams Realty make $40,000 - $60,000 in their first year, while top-performing rookie agents earn $200,000-$300,000 their first year. Experienced Agents can earn $500,000-$1,000,000+ annually.
