About the Job
We are NOW HIRING and experienced Receiving Clerk in the area of Carrollton, TX!
Pay rate (Hourly): $17.00-19/hr. Depending on Experience, paid weekly, direct deposit.
Work Schedule: 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional OT.
Job Requirements:
- Pass 5 panel drug test.
- Pass criminal background check; 7 years back no felonies. (misdemeanors case by case)
- Steel toe boots recommended.
- Must have previous Warehouse Receiving experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is working directly with the receiving department to schedule and receive inbound deliveries.
- Collects and enters receipts into WMS system in a timely manner.
- Monitors reports ensuring all product is received properly. Reconciles discrepancies and addresses problems with management.
- Enters discrepancies into Discrepancy Portal and notifies appropriate department of discrepancies.
- Ensures all packing lists/BOL’s are scanned and linked to DDX Viewer.
- Records GRN number on ALL document.
- Maintains an organized clean work environment.
- Combination working in warehouse and warehouse office. 70% will be office/clerical duties
