Receiving Coordinator – Clean Climate Controlled Warehouse

OVERVIEW/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for receiving all incoming deliveries and verifying the product count, type, etc. against packing slip or purchase order for accuracy. Report damages and missing items as needed. Assist Purchasing Manager with Product Management and other projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Receive vendor deliveries.

· Check all deliveries for accuracy.

· Perform audits and ensure Quality Assurance.

· Assist with Inventory Control.

· Rotate inventory, document inventory adjustments and participate in physical inventory counts.

· Respond promptly when returning telephone calls and replying to correspondence and faxes.

· This position requires the ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High School diploma or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.

· One year of prior shipping/receiving experience in any industry.

· Knowledge of warehouse operations and organization of product flow required.

· General medical terminology and knowledge related to durable medical equipment supplies preferred.

· Forklift certification helpful.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
