Receptionist Position now available with a growing firm based in Longview, Texas. The candidate must have good customer communication, organizational skills as well as experience with Microsoft Office products and be willing to learn new programs as necessary. This position will include answering the phone, assisting with customer communications, accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, filing, and assist where needed. Will also include various other office duties including running errands around town as necessary.

Responsibilities will include:

• Fielding calls for leasing department
• Data entry and filling
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Perform various errands

Must meet the following criteria:

• Proficient at using a computer
• Experienced with Microsoft Office including, Word and Excel.
• Able to communicate clearly and proficient at writing
• Will be answering the phones and interacting with customers
• Able to pass a background check
• NO FELONIES AND NO THEFT CHARGES
• Able to pass a drug test
• Punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
