Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
Sport Motoring Gulf Coast is seeking an experienced and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our Owner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Provide administrative support to the owner and team
- Maintain customer records and update the database
- Process payments and invoices
- Manage inventory and order office supplies
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Knowledge of automotive repair industry is a plus
