Job description
To provide service to the public in a tactful, courteous manner by telephone, email or in person.
The position will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, from as soon as possible through August 25th.

- Provide the highest standards of customer service in all manners relating to both public and organizational interactions.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails and refer them to proper department or person as necessary.
- Receive all visitors approaching front counter and assist or refer them to proper source of assistance.
- Provide general information and assistance to the public in a courteous manner.
- Direct visitors to proper offices and receive deliveries.
- Receive, sort and distribute all incoming mail.
- Assist with records and data management tasks as directed.
- Complete small projects both independently and in collaboration with other staff.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Administrative support experience.
Knowledge of basic computer programs and software.
Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
One (1) year experience of administrative support experience.
Ability to work independently to resolve customer service challenges.
Ability to manage time to be able to support staff with office projects while assuring customer service is prioritized.
Must demonstrate professional customer service with staff, residents and customers.
Ability to effectively operate multiple incoming phone lines, fax machines and copier machine.
