We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, and dispatching service technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Schedule appointments as needed.
- Dispatch service technicians.
- Handle incoming mail and packages.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
