Position Summary:

Epic Chevrolet Cadillac is seeking for flexible individuals who enjoy providing customer service and helping others. We are looking for 1 Full-Time and 2 Part-Time receptionists, which may include weekends. Our receptionists must be able to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service. We are seeking positive self-starters who are detail-oriented, driven to succeed, and who want to learn and grow in the automotive industry. We actively promote from within, so your enthusiasm, professionalism and dependability will be recognized and appreciated. Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or the equivalent
• Must be confidence with taking inbound inquiries, routing calls to appropriate staff.
• Must be patient, understanding and pleasant when faced with challenging customers.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
• Automotive experience a plus, but not required.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and good with numbers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.

Job Description:

Answer inbound calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate within the dealership.

You may be responsible for managing the company’s lobby area.

Be able to conduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner.

Take messages and deliver to appropriate dealership associate.

May be responsible for general administrative/support staff duties as assigned by Management.
