Part Time Receptionist - Oral Surgery Practice
Our practice is a reputable oral surgery practice in South Orange County, as we are known to provide high quality and compassionate oral surgical care. We are seeking a compassionate part-time receptionist that shares our philosophy in rolling out the red carpet to each and every patient. Duties will include checking in patients, collecting patient portions, going over patient consents, merging health histories, assisting with gathering insurance benefits and eventually assisting in fielding patient calls. Dental and medical experience is not required as we are willing to provide training and education to the right team member. Customer service experience is a big plus! To be considered for the position, it is important that you have a natural ability to get along with others and to make our patients’ oral surgical experience extremely pleasant and efficient. It is essential that you are well-organized with great attention to detail, and a team player who is willing to learn and who works well with others . This is a perfect opportunity for an individual looking for a morning shift Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
