A Facility Agent Card is required for the position.

Please note a patient MMJ card is not the same as the Facility Agent card.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Reception/ Gate Keeper Team. The Reception/ Gate Keeper Team members are responsible for ensuring every Sticky Saguaro customer and visitor receives quick, but personalized check-in process that will start their excellent experience at our dispensary .

Position Responsibilities:

· Greet/ Welcome all individuals visiting

· Completing the check in process

· Provide guidance to all individuals to where they need to go

· Support online/phone orders

· Ensure proper AZDHS Compliance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment

· Ability to interact, answer questions, resolve concerns, deal with conflict in person and work positively and effectively with customers, patients and associates at all levels.

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude while providing an excellent experience to all.

· Ability to work individually and with a team.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

· Open 365 days a year

· Position involves standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.

· Must be able to work effectively, cheerfully and properly perform necessary duties during stressful situations that may arise.

· Position will evolve and change with the needs of the business, industry, and regulations
