Whaling City Ford and Mazda, a premier dealership in New London, CT, is looking for a receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our guests. You will be responsible for answering and directing calls, greeting customers, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and organized.Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department
Greeting and directing guests as they enter the dealership
Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
Assisting with customer inquiries and concerns
Handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Automotive dealership experience a plus
