Sustana Fiber facility in De Pere, WI. is the leading manufacturer of recycled fiber. Our self-managed work teams are responsible for:

· Work safely and ensure others safety.

· Unload trailers of waste paper with forklifts.

· Grade waste paper to determine mix and blends for finished goods quality.

· Safely set up batches for the pulping system with the best mix of waste paper for maintaining quality while maximizing profitability.

· Cut and pull wires from waste paper bales and safely place wires in appropriate bins.

· Check in drivers with drop/loaded trailers of waste paper; complete the paperwork, enter it into the computer system and put paperwork in assigned location.

· Ensure trailers in dock doors match the paperwork received with the trailer.

· Ensure correct trailers of waste paper are brought to dock doors to be unloaded based on grade being run.

· Load up rejected waste paper as necessary and fill out Reject Loading Tally sheet.

· Complete forklift checks prior to starting shift and blow out debris from lifts.

· Communicate with co-workers during the shift and with on-coming/out-going shifts regarding any important information from the shift (how things ran; waste paper quality; finished goods testing results; etc.).

This position will work 12 hour rotating shifts to include day shifts and night shifts on one of our self-managed production teams. Our highly automated de-inking process is run with state-of-the-art equipment.
