Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our team. Job Responsibilities/Requirements
Our privately owned distribution and processing company is looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to engage with job seekers and execute the recruitment and hiring process from end to end.
Will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams such as Hiring Managers, HR, and Company Executives.
The successful candidate must be dedicated, team oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
Minimum of 2 years related experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition with an agency or in-house HR team.
Strong knowledge of applicable employment laws.
Solid understanding of all recruitment techniques, resources, and strategies.
Ability to communicate and work well with individuals in all areas of the Company.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to self-direct and motivate.
Some travel (primarily local) will be required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant study field is preferred although applicable work experience will be considered.
Other duties as assigned.
Day and weekend availability required.
