Responsibilities:
- Build a foundational relationship with hiring managers to scope the desired requirements for suitable candidacies
- Post, track and maintain open positions on ATS
- Manage an efficient candidate process and candidate experience including candidate identification, phone screens, interviews, reference checking and onboarding
- Assist in the hiring decision, providing feedback and advice to hiring managers
- Proactively develop talent pipelines utilizing job boards, social platforms, referrals, networking and other appropriate sourcing outlets
- Identify and develop business relationships with recruiting agencies, background check companies, and other resources
- Provide status reports to leadership on relevant positions
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, 2 years in the healthcare industry preferred
- A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of web-based Applicant Tracking Systems
- Skilled at building and maintaining a network of talent through ongoing relationship management and networking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Working proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Bachelor degree preferred
