General Purpose of the Job
The Recruiter is accountable for Invo’s full-cycle recruiting (passive sourcing, screening/expedited recruiter interviews, scheduling on-site interviews, and executing offers/hiring), ultimately guiding the best candidates through our selection process. The Recruiter plays a critical role in advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Invo by bringing top talent aligned with our mission and vision to Invo.
- Recruit and hire top talent and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring goals
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates
- Understand the competitive market and use creative sourcing techniques to provide top-quality candidates
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build/maintain a strong partnership with our Clinical and key business partners for a complete understanding of the role/geographic location and needs to fill our open and pipeline positions as well as schedule in person interviews with hiring managers
- Working strategically with the Onboarding team for onboarding and overall communication with new hires.
- Implement strategies to identify and select a qualified candidate pool
- Manage jobs/resumes and data mine candidates in our Applicant Tracking System and other appropriate databases
- Effective use of other recruiting tools used for efficient and timely communication to candidates, which includes the ability to text and use video interviews
- Efficient time management to execute high volume, full-cycle recruiting, phone screens/expedited recruiter interviews and offers/hiring
- Determine creative sourcing for challenging client needs/regions
- Find and participate in networking opportunities to attract top talent, including community efforts and alternative job boards
- Compliance with tracking candidate information and timely data reporting (including weekly recruiting metrics reporting)
- Accountable for achieving personal and team goals (current and as assigned) based on KPI recruiting metrics
- Follow all EEO standards, federal and state laws while selecting candidates
- Other identified recruiting project tasks as needed to support the growth of Invo
Minimum Requirements
- Experience sourcing and staffing in ABA therapy or similar healthcare-related fields
- Experience in staffing and sourcing with high volume, full-cycle recruiting
- Preferred 3-5 years in a fully life cycle Talent Acquisition support role
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR, Business or related field
- Must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and have the ability to juggle simultaneous activities
- Must have a recruitment mindset with an emphasis on building internal and external relationships and a pipeline/bench of candidates
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to proactively ask questions and take the initiative
- Demonstrated sourcing expertise beyond basic job board searches, including Boolean skills
- Experience with recruitment applicant tracking systems, data compliance, and reporting weekly metrics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google applications, Electronic Medical Record Software, and ability to learn new software systems as needed
