Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reports To: Sr. HR Business Partner

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates . This role will work be hiring primarily for outside sales roles (Termite Inspectors, Door to Door Appointment Setters/Closers, etc.) to identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. T

Core Responsibilities

• Source candidates via various databases. Attend career fairs and assist in screening candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct 1st interviews using the proper grading and screening tools.
• Recommend 2nd interviews and schedule 2nd interviews for the correct hiring manager.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Assist with project based tasks in updating recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges when applicable.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs any other project or task as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources,, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant degrees or 2-3 yrs equivalent experience.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or High Volume Recruiter
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like virtual interviews and reference checks
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
