Job Overview
The Central Repair Order Processor and Service Writer (Central RO Proc Svc Writer) is responsible for the daily review and processing of repair orders in order to correctly invoice customers and ensure revenue generation. This includes internal repair orders as well as orders completed by outside service providers to confirm accuracy. This individual also generates repair order estimates as needed for internal and external customers. The Central RO Proc Svc Writer is also cross-trained to handle any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures all Repair Orders completed by Red Classic Technicians (RCT, CCCI, External Customers, and Owner Operators) are reviewed for accuracy and closed daily
• The position is responsible for Repair Order accuracy, review, and Customer Invoicing for Red Classic Operating Areas
• Partners with Technicians to review discrepancies in order to ensure accurate processing
• Ensures all Vendor Repair Order Invoices are valid and entered into the maintenance processing software correctly. Reviews (Technical Accuracy) all Outside Service Provider invoices for Red Classic Maintenance Group Operating Areas and entering these invoices into the system so these services can be accounted for and charged out daily
• Creates and processes Repair Order Estimates from RCT management and technicians for internal and external customers as needed
• Reviews open Purchase Orders and Complete Status orders for timely completion of customer billing
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Experience in Fleet Maintenance
• Experience with TMT
• Responsive customer service skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments
• MS Office proficiency
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Metrics-driven and the ability to maintain focus on high-volume workload
• Experience working with vendors
• General understanding of the Maintenance process, specific job codes, and standard repair times is essential to successfully complete the tasks related to this position

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
