Baptist Medical Center is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Referrals Coordinator to join our PAS - Outpatient Department at our Baptist HealthPlace at Nocatee here in the Ponte Vedra Beach, FL area.
Shift Details: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Baptist Medical Center is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Referrals Coordinator to join our PAS - Outpatient Department at our Baptist HealthPlace at Nocatee here in the Ponte Vedra Beach, FL area.
Shift Details: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
In this role you will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment because typically there are around 85 to 90 appointments a day and sometimes over 200 appointments are being scheduled. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team oriented employee with a strong background in scheduling.
As a Referrals Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing referral assistance to physicians, patients, and insurance companies.
- Maintaining medical documentation, schedules appointments, and processes prescriptions and referrals.
- Front Desk including check in and check out, answering phones, telephone protocol, faxing, copay collections, registrations, professional interaction with providers and staff.
