To support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care, At Home is actively seeking a Regional Director to support our locations throughout the state of California. The At Home team works with you to provide a tailor-made caseload to fit your needs!
Regional Director will manage and direct the DOR’s to heed operations of more than one business location to ensure high quality staffing and operations. The primary purpose of this position is to provide corporate consultation, oversight and support to the Therapists and Director of Rehabilitation in the planning, organization, development, control and direction of the overall operations of the facilities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy
Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
5 years of management and/or supervisory experience
