Lead 3 locations in San Antonio and 1 in Lubbock.
Plans to open another location in the near future!

Regional District Manager Responsibilities:
- Operations management for multiple locations
- Hire, develop & motivate team members
- Sales management
- Loan origination & portfolio management
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Regional compliance
- Reporting & analytics
Regional District Manager Requirements:
- Sub-prime multi-unit management experience
- Automotive sub-prime experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Leadership ability
- Business Acumen
- Good computer skills
- Able to work some Saturdays as needed
- Able to travel to Lubbock, TX once per month
