Be a key member of our growing team! We are an innovative, privately owned property management company in Michigan looking for a trustworthy, customer service oriented, experienced regional property manager to oversee our apartments in Farmington Hills and Keego Harbor, and our manufactured home communities in Fenton and Cedar Springs. A strong work ethic is a must!

Responsibilities

  • The Regional Manager will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
  • Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: direct monitoring/management of housing portfolio including: capital projects, financial goals, resident relations, building maintenance, supply purchasing, service contracting, lease administration activities, and reporting to other federal, state, and municipal agencies
  • Financial accountability with regular budget variance reporting
  • Maintain communication with vendors and contractors
  • Hire, train, terminate, motivate, and supervise on-site property managers and on-site staff
  • Attend scheduled corporate management meetings and training seminars
  • Submit required reports to corporate office on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Maintain positive staff and customer service attitude
  • Initiate and implement corporate policies/procedures
  • Physically walk and inspects properties on a regular basis assessing conditions for safety and curb appeal
  • Monitor property vacancy status on a regular basis to ensure goals are met

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
