The Regional sales manager works with distributors, contractors, engineers, architects, and owner personnel. This exciting position will be responsible for soliciting, training, and supporting local manufacturer's reps to promote Durkee's innovative fabric air dispersion system. In addition, work closely with local reps to train their salespeople, and introduce the product to the reps, engineers, contractors, and other parties, you will also identify and pursue industry-specific projects, and work closely with our inside sales engineers and mechanical engineers to provide project support to our customers.

Essential Skills and Experience

• HVAC background, technical or engineering experience a plus
• Min. 1 year of outside sales experience with proven results
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as work with a large team
• Ability to travel. (States covered: MD, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, OK, AL, AR)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
