Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Ketamine Infusion Clinic

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Benefits: Medical insurance, 3% 401k match, and 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Ketamine Infusion Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. The RN will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, with a focus on IV placement and monitoring during ketamine infusion treatments. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a stable work schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established clinic protocols and procedures.
• Perform accurate and timely IV placement.
• Monitor patients throughout the infusion process, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Respond promptly to any patient needs, changes in condition, or adverse reactions to medications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications and licensure.
• Comply with all clinic policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR or ACLS certification.
• Strong IV placement skills and experience with ketamine infusions preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to patient safety.
