Contract or Direct-Hire RN - Bethlehem, PA

We're looking for an RN to provide home and facility-based wellness visits. This opportunity allows the RN loads of autonomy and the ability to work a caseload at their own pace.

Our client is an established and growing Senior Healthcare program in Bethlehem, PA that services the Lehigh Valley. We are seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse. This opportunity is open for direct hire or contract!

Job Summary:

• Provide direct and indirect primary nursing care to assigned participants in both clinic and home-based environments.
• Works under the direct and indirect supervision of the Program Director or physician extender but is independent in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
• Manages complex clinical situations for which he/she is responsible.
• Supervises both licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Performs assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
• Understand and demonstrate commitment to the company's mission of through daily communication with participants, families, community and staff.
• Build a trusting relationship with each participant/family/caregiver, by being available, listening, communicating and educating via every available forum such as day center, home visits, phone calls, scheduled and unscheduled clinic appointments etc.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 per hour

• Bethlehem, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• RN (Preferred)
