Our Registered Nurses play a very important role in the fastest growing healthcare field of home health and hospice care. Our Home Care RN's provide a high level of independence and dignity to patients and their family members. The skills of a home health nurse make the needs of patients and family members a huge priority. As one of our Registered Nurses, you will provide patient education, treatment and emotional support to help your patients recover from injuries and illnesses in the comfort of their home.
Position located in St. Albans, Vermont, serving Franklin County.

• Vermont Professional License or Compact License NLC (in good standing) as a Registered Nurse, RN.
• High level of skill with the ability to work independently.
• Able to work collaboratively with a skilled inter-disciplinary team to offer your patients the best care.
• Enjoy working one-on-one with your patients and their families.
• Work with patients of all age groups.
