San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area.

We are currently hiring for NIGHTSHIFT positions. Open Shifts available:

Mon-Wed 8p-6a in 78255 High tech, Trach, vent, GB

Monday-Sunday 7p-7a in 78245 Low tech, GB, IPV, CPT vest

Mon-Wed 7p-7a in Boerne, Texas (Shifts are flexible) GB, CPT vest, Oxygen, nebulizer

Monday-Sunday 7p-7a in 78254 GB, Trach, PRN vent

Sat 6p-6a in 78109 Trach, Vent, GB

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care
• Patient assessments
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Coordination of care
• Health promotion and teaching
• Training of family members

New grads and licensed nurses without pediatric experience are welcome to apply! If you do not have pediatric experience, we WILL TRAIN YOU!

• Licensed as a nurse in the state of Texas
• Current CPR
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
