The Registered Nurse delivers, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with treatment team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The Registered Nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served. Non-exempt position.

This position offers:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
9pm-9:30am

Qualifications
Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification and successful completion of HWC within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting in a seclusion/restraint intervention May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
Hours of Work: 9:00 p.m. to 9:30a; other times as indicated by immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities
This opportunity is a full-time at 36 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient night shift shedule (9p-9:30a). There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
This position qualifies for a $4000 Retention Bonus after completing 6 months at full time status.

Located in the greater Columbus, Indiana area, our 57-bed facility provides support to each child and teen that walks through the doors. We work with the resident, family and community partners to promote a smooth transition back into the home or, if necessary, an additional appropriate level of care.

Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) increases the development of behavioral skills that can help patients build relationships, manage emotions and cope more effectively with various life problems. In addition, our residential treatment program offers a balance of therapy, education and fun activities in a safe, structured setting.
We focus on the needs and safety of our patients with 24-hour licensed staff supervision, which includes registered nurses.
