Holistic Care Home Health is looking for an experienced RN to join our growing team in the Inland Empire. We are hiring for a full-time RN to cover Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Hemet.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday. We offer competitive rates, a flexible schedule benefits.

This position requires travel to patient homes with visits occurring in private residence and assisted livings. The role of the RN is to make home health admission visits, supervisory visits and recertification/ discharge visits, work in collaboration with a team and communicate with the patient's physician.
