Position Description

REPORTS TO: Principal
WORK CALENDAR: 200 Days
SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Principal perform diverse and complex administrative support duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
2. Register students at school..
3. Monitor attendance.
4. Input student/teacher schedules.
5. Maintains confidentiality.
6. Student records request.
7. Withdraw students.
8. FTE report.
9. Scheduling team member
10. Answer phones in a cordial and professional manner.
11. Works well with administrators, teachers and staff.
12. Remain calm under pressure.
13. Cares about our children
14. Data Entry
15. Clerical work
16. Check students in/out
17. Power School
18. Performs other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Routine physical activities associated with typical office setting. Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling and repetitive fine motor activities. Vision, hearing and verbal communications are essential functions of this position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer skills
- Above average communication skills
- Must be reliable, flexible, and resourceful
REQUIRED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function of the position. Maintenance of criminal history check is required for all employees.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
