Kensington Bank looks for opportunities to make a positive impact with our customers and communities. There is an opening for an energized person, who would like to be a part of our successful frontline team and fill the position of a Relationship Banker in our Willmar market.
What You'll Do
- Perform the teller function of the bank branch
- Open new deposit accounts
- Deepen customer relationships through meaningful conversations and to identify potential banking needs
- Offer additional products and services to customers
- Service customers with the paying and receiving functions of the bank
Must Haves
- Banking experience or one to two years experience in a related field preferred
- Skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer and communication skills as well as utilization of office equipment
- Must have the dexterity to count money
- Travel as business needs require
