We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Eligibility Verification Specialist.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS AD IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN INTERVIEW!!

Step # 1. Read the job description below in it's entirety and confirm that you understand the responsibilities.

Step# 2. Complete an internet speed test on www.speedtest.net .This is a work-from-home position and would require you to have a min of 60Mbps download speed and 5Mbps upload speed

***The speed test must be completed while hard-wired into your internet router. If you complete the testing on Wi-Fi, it will not be compatible . The equipment the client will provide you is not compatible with Wi-Fi. ***

Step # 3. Complete and answer the Questions below

Questionnaire below:

• Describe a situation when you were able to strengthen a customer interaction by communicating effectively. What made your communication effective?
• Tell me about a time when you had to deal with what you felt were unreasonable customer requests.
• Tell me about a time when you needed to persuade someone to do something that they did not want to do.
• Tell me about a time when you had to use your written communication skills to get an important point across
• Give me an example of a situation where you needed to pay attention to small but important details.
• Walk me through how you approach your day and your daily work schedule.
• Describe a situation and how you determined what to do when trying to achieve a very aggressive goal?
• How do you keep yourself motivated to be successful in a fast-paced work situation?

****Class will be starting November 1st *****

• Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am to 7:00 pm ( 8 hour shift in between these hours)
• Training: Mon-Fri - 8am to 5pm
• Equipment provided. You must have a router to hardwire the client equipment to; client equipment is not compatible to work on Wi-Fi only.
• Pay: $16.00/hr. (40 hours a week, weekly pay, some opportunity for overtime after training.)

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $16.00 per hour
